  1. What is OCRA?
    OCRA is an acronym for Online Certification Reporting Application. It is a web-based program developed by the Department of Driver Services (DDS) to standardize driver training certificates and update students' driving records.
  2. Who uses OCRA?
    OCRA is used by DDS-certified driver training schools to generate driver training certificates of completion for students that have successfully completed a driver training course.
  3. Are driver training schools required to use OCRA?
    All DDS-certified driver training schools must use OCRA to generate driver training certificates of completion.
  4. I was recently certified by DDS as a driver training instructor. Will I be required to use OCRA?
    All DDS-certified instructors are added to the OCRA database and assigned a Username and Password. However, your school may not require that you use OCRA. Many schools have central administrators who handle all OCRA updates.
