DDS utilizes a lobby management program that allows us to organize our services and our staff in a manner that most efficiently serves the greatest number of customers over the course of the day. Our program allows us to understand the quantity and types of services being requested, in real time, as well as to monitor wait-times and service delivery times. Utilizing this information, we prioritize services in a manner that reduces the overall average wait-time for all customers. A key factor in our process is to prioritize the high volume, low transaction time requests in order to more quickly provide our highest demand services. We understand that this means that customers requesting more time consuming transactions, such as license reinstatements, may have a longer initial wait-time than if we utilized a “first come, first serve” method, and we apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you. DDS has studied, tested and documented our lobby management processes, and the results have proven that our system significantly reduces the average wait-time for all customers and that we will serve more customers throughout the day with the same resources. We thank you for your patience. To understand the documents required to complete your requested service please visit our Secure ID document checklist.
