  1. When can I reinstate after a points suspension, (First)?

    Points suspensions are eligible for reinstatement immediately upon your completion of an approved defensive driving course.

  2. If I can't reinstate my license for personal reasons, (finances, schedule, etc.), how long will my license be suspended?

    Your license will be suspended indefinitely. However, you may apply for reinstatement any time during that period when you are able to complete the requirements.

  3. What are the requirements for reinstatement?
