375-3-3-.05 Acceptance of Clinic Certificates for Reinstatement. Amended.
A Defensive Driving Certificate DS Form 584/Department of Human Resources Alcohol/Drug Use Risk Reduction Form 1136 showing completion of a designated Georgia Driver Improvement Course is required for reinstatement of a suspended driver's license. In order to be accepted, the certificate must indicate that the course was taken and completed after the violation date which caused the suspension.
(a) Approval of any clinic certificate except as set out herein must be made by the Commissioner or his designee.
