375-3-6-.08 Hearing Procedures
A provider center may request a Departmental hearing to contest a denial, suspension or revocation of its certification. This hearing shall be held pursuant to the Administrative Procedures Act under Title 50, Chapter 13 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated.
